Key Responsibilities:
- Assess Current HR Systems : Evaluate legacy systems to identify data and processes to be migrated.
- Develop Migration Plans : Create detailed plans covering timelines, resources, and risk management.
- Map and Transform Data : Align and clean data to ensure compatibility with the new HCM platform.
- System Integration : Integrate the new HCM system with other enterprise tools (e.g., payroll, finance).
- Conduct Testing : Run tests to ensure data integrity and system functionality.
- Support Go-Live : Oversee the go-live process to ensure a smooth transition.
