About the role
The HCM Program Employee Experience Lead plays a key role in shaping how employees and candidates interact with V/Line’s future HR services. This role is responsible for creating a seamless, intuitive and human‑centred experience across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring every interaction is simple, consistent and aligned to V/Line’s brand.
You will lead the design of the “HR front door,” including knowledge management, self-service pathways and case management across Workday and integrated platforms.
