Position: HCM Technical Consultant

Experience: 7–10 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in reporting and analytics within HCM SaaS environments . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BI Publisher, OTBI, and report development , supporting business reporting needs and delivering data-driven insights. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining reports and collaborating with functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient data reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain HCM reports and dashboards .
  • Develop and customize reports using BI Publisher and OTBI .
  • Work with functional teams to gather reporting and analytics requirements .
  • Build and optimize data models, queries, and report layouts
