1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Job Title: Environment, Health & Safety Supervisor / Team Leader
2. JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for developing, implementing, operating, and continuously improving the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) management system, including chemical management, laboratory safety, fire prevention and protection, ESG, and legal compliance, to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations across manufacturing, laboratories, and warehouse facilities.
3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1. EHS Management System
- Develop the annual EHS strategy, objectives, and implementation plan.
- Develop and update EHS policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage the EHS budget.
- Prepare and report EHS KPIs to the Management Team.
3.2. Occupational Safety Management
- Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments.
