Job Overview Design and Deploy Danone’s Global CRM & SFA platforms in Healthcare. The role focuses on product execution, platform evolution, and support at scale, ensuring that CRM solutions are stable, scalable, compliant, and effectively used across markets to support HCP engagement and field force effectiveness.
Organisation & Scope

- Global scope (20+ CBUs)
- Works in close collaboration with senior Product Owners, Architects, and Delivery Leads
Main Responsibilities
Product delivery & transformation
- Contribute to the evolution of the global HCP CRM product, supporting roadmap execution and platform transformation initiatives
- Translate business needs into clear IT and functional requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlog items
- Ensure solutions align with global architecture, security, and IT standards
