Job Description

1、负责盒马云超超盒算的频道运营，基于市场及消费者需求，制定频道运营策略、货品组织和规划。
2、频道日常运营工作展开，建立和品类的商品协同机制，完成频道的日常更新，对频道UV/GMV//转化率/7日回访等指标负责。
3、洞察消费者的需求，提炼相应的价值点，协同盒马APP的产品团队、盒马导购运营团队落地相应的洞察。
