Job Purpose
To lead and oversee the end‑to‑end Hire Purchase business of the bank, driving sustainable growth in sales, profitability, and asset quality while ensuring operational excellence, strong dealer relationships, and full compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards. The role is accountable for nationwide performance of HP Centres and overall business strategy execution.
Key Accountabilities
- Business Strategy & Financial Performance: Own the overall Hire Purchase (HP) business portfolio, including revenue growth, profitability, and asset quality performance. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and strengthen the bank’s position in Hire Purchase. Drive sales growth, disbursement volume, and cross‑selling of ancillary products. Monitor and ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) across all regions.
