Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Baker to lead our bakery operations, oversee product quality, manage production teams, and drive innovation in breads, viennoiserie, and baked goods. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent baking knowledge, and the ability to maintain consistency across production and retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bakery production and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Manage production planning according to outlet requirements and forecast.
- Ensure consistency, quality, presentation, and taste of all bakery products.
- Monitor baking schedules, proofing, fermentation, and product freshness.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for bakery production and handling.
