Overview
Responsible to produce a full range of breads and cakes using the company’s recipe specifications.
Responsibilities- Always observe and adhere to the standards of safety and hygiene for production, kitchen and culinary work area.
- Ensure maintenance and sanitize baking utensils, tools and machinery.
- Experience of handling bakery equipment.
- Able to lead and supervise a team of bakers to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Passion for baking and a strong commitment to delivering consistent quality.
- Willingness to work night shift and split shift.
- Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
