Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based and non-coffee beverages to high standards
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the coffee bar and equipment throughout the day
- Engage warmly with guests, offering recommendations and ensuring a positive experience
- Monitor inventory of beans, milk, and supplies, and restock when necessary
- Support team members during busy periods, including basic cashiering or service help
- Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Oversee daily store and shift operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
