About the Role
Head Business Architecture L&H Operations – a high‑impact leadership opportunity at the heart of Swiss Re’s L&H Operations. In this role you will set the standard for how we execute across the full treaty life cycle – from onboarding to claims payments – driving operational excellence with pace and discipline, strengthening governance and quality, and building the capabilities, mindset, and execution muscle that enable our global Operations teams to consistently deliver for clients, stakeholders, and the business.
