Job Description
Develop and implement the category strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
Own and manage the category P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring
Lead assortment planning, range architecture, and seasonal planning calendars
Drive product enhancement, innovation, and introduction of newness
Maintain strong awareness of trends and conduct competitive bench marking
Monitor sell-through performance, inventory health, stock turns, and markdown optimisation
Ensure adherence to business processes and GRC compliance standards
Continuously improve category processes and best practices
