Head Cheerleading Coach - Middle School

Job Goal: The Head Cheerleading Coach is responsible to instruct in the fundamental skills, prepare and strategize on the needed training for competition, and foster individual growth as an individual athlete and as a teammate.
Essential Requirements: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to execute each requirement satisfactorily. The requirements list below are a representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability needed for the position.
- Experienced understanding of cheer and has participated in cheerleading.
- 2-5 years cheerleading coaching experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflict with students, parents, and community groups.
