Shift Details: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. and 10:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award‑winning team as Head Chef at Beaconsfield Heights Care Home in Beaconsfield.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a culinary team to provide nutritionally balanced, comprehensive and high‑quality culinary service within the assigned budget.
- Prepare modified diets tailored to individual resident needs.
- Place food orders with approved suppliers while maintaining budget control.
- Supervise kitchen staff and enforce safe systems of work.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high standards of hygiene and food safety.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience managing a culinary team in a care or hospitality setting.
