About the Role
Reporting to senior management, you will work collaboratively to oversee the kitchen operations, leading and developing a large brigade across service periods. You will be responsible for food quality, consistency, cost control, compliance, and team performance, while working closely with leadership to deliver on operational and financial KPIs.Your Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in high-volume or large-scale venues * Strong leadership capability with experience managing large kitchen teams * Commercial acumen across food cost control, labour, and budgeting * High standards in food safety, compliance, and operational systems * Organised, hands-on leader who performs well under pressure
