REQUIREMENTS
- Formal Cheffing Qualification with at least 4 – 5 years’ experience in a senior chef / managerial position
- Evidence of quality / fine dining 5* culinary standards
- Experience with Modern South African Cuisine style of cooking
- An excellent understanding of special dietary needs and preparation requirements
