The Canonbury is a beautiful, much-loved pub located in the leafy neighbourhood of Canonbury. Following an outstanding year of growth across all food revenue, we are now entering an exciting new chapter. Our focus for 2026/27 is simple: not to do more, but to do better . We are looking for a Head Chef who is innovative, creative and ambitious, someone who wants to take The Canonbury to the next level and help shape the future of our food offering.
