About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef (Nikkei Restaurant) to join our Kitchen Department in Jumeirah Mallorca .
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Oversee the daily kitchen operations in a 5-star hotel restaurant, ensuring smooth service and high-quality dishes
- Prepare and supervise food production, including sushi, with strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Manage stock, ordering, and food costs efficiently
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and HACCP standards are always respected
- Lead and support the kitchen team, creating a positive and well-organized working environment
