Head Chef - OTE circa 50k pa - Basingstoke

As one of our Head Chefs, you could earn in the region of circa 50,000 per year: Base Salary: Up to 45,000 per year depending on experience Tronc: Estimated between 3.5k - 6k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked. Bonus: Up to 5k additional bonus potential Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.- A commitment to prioritise your work life balance and respect of your time off.
- Two days off a week and one weekend off every six weeks.
