Global Talent 2020 is recruiting an ambitious Head Chef to lead and join their exciting kitchen operations at a brand‑new, well‑positioned venue in a fantastic all‑year‑round location. You will help launch the site with the implementation of Spring 2026 menus in this fast‑growing, casual dining, award‑winning restaurant.
The Person
Our client is seeking a real kitchen leader who can harness the talent of brigades and utilize the brand‑new kitchen facilities to create memorable food experiences and put the location on the map in the East of Scotland.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the kitchen brigade and ensuring consistent food quality to at least a 1‑Rosette standard.
- Coordinating with senior operational heads, regional culinary management, and all site teams.
- Training, coaching, and mentoring staff, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
