About The Role
As a Head Chef at HC-One, you will lead a kitchen team to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals that residents genuinely enjoy. You will ensure every dish supports residents’ health and wellbeing, considering individual dietary needs, cultural preferences, and nutritional requirements. You will manage the kitchen efficiently, overseeing stock, budgets, orders, and compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP, and work with central teams to maintain nutritional excellence while running a smooth, well-organised operation. You will help shape mealtimes into enjoyable, ambient dining experiences that contribute to residents’ quality of life.
We’re looking for someone who can inspire, lead by example, and maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and service in a care-home environment.
