Summary
Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Head Cook for Legends Global/Stockton Complex. Directly responsible for all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation, and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness; training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Manage the event day operation of the kitchen, coordinate food production and ensure the highest level of food quality, taste and presentation.
+ Supervises temporary labor.
+ Fulfills the service per each Banquet Event Order (BEO).
+ Prepare recipes as directed.
+ Maintains all kitchen equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance.
+ Designs buffet food presentations.
+ Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
+ Other duties as assigned....
