Head – Delivery & Operations (Linear Engineering)
Location: Chennai | Reports to: CEO | Experience: 15–18 Years
The Role
The Head – Delivery & Operations is the end-to-end owner of our linear engineering arm. You will scale our existing LiDAR and GIS capabilities while building a new, high-performance LLD and Permitting division. Your goal is to grow a 100-member integrated delivery organization that serves the US and European telecom and utility markets.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Governance: Own the full project lifecycle for LiDAR surveys, network design, and as-built packs. Establish KPIs for quality, TAT, and cost efficiency.
