Functional (job responsibilities)
- Format Portfolio Optimization: Architect and execute a multi-format physical network strategy that balances high-cost traditional branches against flexible, agile formats like and Non-Cash Service Hubs (SAH) to ensure maximum community reach at optimal unit economics.
- Scaling: Mastermind the end-to-end site identification, micro-market viability mapping, and rapid deployment of formats within community hubs (e.g., lifestyle malls, grocers, residential corridors) to capture local footfall.
- Speed-to-Market Management: Drive the cross-functional project pipeline to achieve an aggressive 4-month launch timeline for new locations compared to the standard 9-month traditional delivery cycle.
