Aldar Education is seeking a Head of Education Charter Schools in the UAE to lead our network of managed schools and support the educational goals of the Abu Dhabi government.
Responsibilities- Lead the school's academic and operational activities, ensuring inclusive and innovative teaching practice.
- Inspire and develop staff, students, and the wider community.
- Exceed internal and external customer expectations while embracing the Aldar Education Core Values.
- Manage growth, maintain high standards, and execute local government compliance matters.
- Influence people, network culturally sensitive, and work effectively in a multicultural setting.
- Initiate effort and energy beyond the typical workday to achieve additional commitments.
- Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent; PGCE; MA in Education an advantage.
