Job Description
About the role - you will:
- Own and execute failure analysis using Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM), Focused Ion Beam (FIB) cross‑sectioning, HDD electrical testing, and material/composition analysis to verify failure mechanisms and drive root‑cause actions for process and design improvement.
- Initiate and implement improved failure‑analysis methods to increase capability, accuracy, and turnaround time for testing and investigations.
- Provide technical leadership and coaching to junior engineers and technicians to strengthen problem‑solving skills and knowledge sharing.
- Support customer and factory requirements by providing timely, high‑quality analysis results and clear technical recommendations.
