Head fibre technician

We're looking for Head Fibre Technicians residing in the following areas: Brakpan, Soweto and Vaal areas .

The Head Technician ensures our customers are served promptly to maintain network reliability; they should be focused on achieving service excellence through proactive maintenance, swift fault resolution, and customer-centric communication.

Qualifications Matric (Grade 12) certificate or equivalent Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role. Valid South African driver’s licence. Must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, the relevant fibre network service area. Well-presented and willing to give great customer experience Clear Criminal Record
