Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the housekeeping team ensuring flawless cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
- Establish and maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards in all guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Develop schedules, allocate tasks and oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and linen.
- Train, motivate and inspire your team to uphold our luxury service standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve housekeeping operations.
