Head Housekeeping Trainer – Fulfillment – Quality Department
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8–10 Housekeeping Trainers, setting clear goals and tracking performance.
- Design and enhance training programs covering housekeeping skills, customer service, hygiene, and safety.
- Provide hands‑on coaching and support through on‑site training and regular performance reviews.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure service partners follow hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Analyze training data and feedback to improve content, delivery, and outcomes.
- Standardize reporting and documentation across all training activities.
- Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Customer Experience, and Business Development teams to identify skill gaps and drive improvements.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the trainer team.
