In this full-time, permanent role based in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, you will be responsible for leading and managing the human resource function across the organisation.

- Developing and implementing the HR strategy to support the overall business objectives
- Working closely with KPJ Shared Services on recruitment, onboarding, training and development of employees
- Managing employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary procedures and grievance handling
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Designing and administering employee benefits and compensation packages
