Key Responsibilities
1. BRE Strategy & Enterprise Implementation
- Define and drive the enterprise-wide vision and strategy for the Business Rule Engine across the credit lifecycle.
- Provide leadership for the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of BRE frameworks across multiple loan products (CV, Car, Tractor, CE, MSME, LAP, etc.).
- Establish scalable, modular, and future-ready rule engine architectures aligned with organizational growth and digital transformation goals.
- Ensure translation of credit policies, risk appetite, and business objectives into robust and maintainable rule frameworks.
2. Policy Translation, Governance & Automation
- Oversee the translation of credit risk policies into standardized, automated decisioning frameworks within the BRE.
