Job Description
- Monitor and manage team KPIs including Assets Under Management (AUM), revenue and product penetration.
- Driving revenue and volume growth with a primary focus on acquiring new customers, deepening existing customer relationships, and cross‑selling, ultimately improving the Bank's market share and customer share of wallet.
- Actively engage with field AM /SAMs/ RCs/ SRCs / DHs forissues/updates regarding segment performance
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Drive the strategic Management, Business Development, and Profitability of Affluent Segments.
- Define and implement coverage models, segmentation, and service propositions to enhance customer experience and profitability.
Client Acquisition, Retention & Deepening
