Job Description
As the Head of Advocacy & Influence the Consumer Products Division, you will set & implement our vision to be the most talked about, most loved, and most futureproofed makeup brands in the industry. You will lead your team to drive a forward-thinking Social strategy across all channels – ensuring we’re always present & relevant on the hottest makeup platforms, leading the latest trends (e.g. winning on Live). In addition, you’ll have a clear Advocacy strategy for the team to land – ensuring we’re building our brands with the most relevant people & partners – from influencers, to celebrities, to journalists, and relevant brands & charity partners. Finally, you’ll be OBSESSED with bringing consumers into our brand, as well as exploring new ways to build strong communities within our brands through platforms like Bulbshare.
