Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the central Malaysia airfreight strategy, driving growth across key industries and strengthening regional connectivity.
- Own full P&L performance, delivering revenue growth, margin improvement, and strong cost management.
- Oversee end-to-end airfreight operations, ensuring service excellence, reliability, and adherence to SOPs.
- Manage airline and vendor partnerships, including capacity planning, procurement, and performance of logistics providers.
- Partner with commercial teams on key accounts, RFQs, and customer engagement to drive business expansion.
- Build and lead a high-performing team with clear KPIs, strong accountability, and focus on talent development.
- Drive systems adoption, data accuracy, and continuous improvement through process optimization and transformation initiatives.
