Job Description
The Head of Business Development will lead and execute the company’s growth strategy across the UAE and KSA markets. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong commercial acumen, regional market insight and proven experience in building partnerships and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and market expansion strategy for the UAE and KSA.
- Build, manage and maintain a strong and qualified sales pipeline to ensure sustainable long‑term growth.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with senior government officials, regulators, developers and corporate partners to enhance RMJM’s market position.
- Contribute to the preparation of business cases, proposals and financial models to support strategic decision‑making.
