What this is
Rytec is a digital marketing agency serving UK and US clients across SEO, paid media, content, creative, and web development. The delivery team is in place, experienced, and ready to take on significantly more work. What we are building now is the commercial function that scales it, the outbound infrastructure, the pipeline, and the team that runs within it. This role owns that build.
The person we are looking for
You have built outbound sales infrastructure before, data acquisition, email sequences, CRM architecture, funnel logic, and you can show what it produced. You have sold B2B services to UK or US clients and you understand how Western buyers think and what moves them. You manage people by building systems they operate within, not by standing over them.
You think in processes, not tasks. You do not need to be told what to do next. You identify the gap, build the solution, and hold yourself accountable to the result.
