Head of Business Development — Logistics (Dubai / GCC)
We’re hiring a Head of Business Development to drive new business growth for a logistics company across the UAE and wider GCC. This is a senior, hands‑on role for someone who can win enterprise accounts, build a predictable pipeline, and grow strategic customers across freight, warehousing, and supply chain solutions.
What you’ll do
- Own revenue growth across key verticals (FMCG, retail, industrial, automotive, pharma, e‑commerce)
- Win new customers for services such as:
- Contract logistics / warehousing
- Transportation & distribution (linehaul / last‑mile where relevant)
- Freight forwarding (air/sea) and customs clearance (if applicable)
- Value‑added services (kitting, labeling, returns, rework)
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → solution design → pricing → proposal/tender → negotiation → close
