Remuneration: Monday- Friday (930am-530pm)， 15 days annual leave (<2 years), 21 days annual leave (>2years), Medical coverage for individual, spouse & kids including in/outpatient, dental, optical, annual medical check-up & more, RM50 fixed phone allowance, performance bonus etc..

Lead, coach, and manage a team of ~25 collection staff including team leaders, negotiators, and field officers across all delinquency buckets (pre-due, early, mid, and late-stage collections).


Set, monitor, and achieve monthly and quarterly collection KPIs including roll rates, Cure rates, Impairment movement and promise-to-pay (PTP) fulfillment.
