Job Description
As our Head of Commercial (Product) you’ll be a senior commercial leader with end‑to‑end P&L ownership across a defined portfolio of product categories. Reporting to the Product & Retail Director and working in close partnership with the Head of Commercial (Trading), the role plays a critical part in delivering the company’s commercial strategy and driving sustainable business growth.
Our Head of Commercial (Product) is accountable for designing, embedding and leading a category management operating model, ensuring that customer propositions, trading strategies, destination plans and investment decisions are optimised to maximise revenue, yield, margin and volume performance.
