Job Description
The Head of Complex Change is accountable for the hands‑on execution and successful delivery of RAKBANK’s most complex, cross‑functional, and strategically critical transformation programmes. The role owns end‑to‑end delivery outcomes—time, scope, and budget—across multi‑platform, multi‑vendor, and multi‑year initiatives with board‑level visibility and CBUAE scrutiny. Acting as the bank’s delivery field commander, the incumbent manages complexity, controls scope, and drives proactive risk mitigation. The role serves as the primary delivery interface with Tier‑1 technology partners and offshore delivery teams, ensuring execution quality and accountability. It requires deep, proven experience in leading large‑scale banking transformations to measurable outcomes.
