Head of Compliance & Risk Architecture

Confidential is seeking a strategic leader to establish a world-class Compliance and Risk Management function for a hyperscale data center in Dubai. This role will design, embed, and scale a robust framework across enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, and project governance.

The ideal candidate will possess 12-18+ years of experience in compliance or risk management, with proven expertise in building compliance functions. They will lead efforts to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
