Head of Control Support and Quality
Location: Prenton
Salary: Up to £103,000 per year, with a 30% annual bonus (performance related), private healthcare (family), and a monthly car allowance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead emergency planning and business continuity for the Control Room to ensure preparedness during high‑risk network events and national power outages.
- Develop and drive restoration strategies to reconnect over 2million customers after a total GB shutdown.
- Collaborate with government bodies, regulators, and industry leaders to represent ScottishPower in national forums.
- Oversee quality assurance across the OCC team, ensuring accurate data and system integrity.
- Guide Control, Support and Quality teams in planning and performance management.
