Job Description
We have partnered with a Tier-1 Fintech organisation in the UAE to appoint a Head of Data Science. This strategic leadership role will oversee the growth of the data science function and embed AI/ML capabilities across the business.
About the role:
- Lead and scale a high-performing data science team across multiple fintech domains.
- Define and deliver the data science strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the development of AI/ML models in fraud detection, credit scoring, and customer personalisation.
- Partner with C-suite stakeholders to ensure AI is embedded into product design and decision-making.
- Build strong governance, ensuring compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.
About you:
- PhD or Masters in Computer Science, AI, or a quantitative discipline.
