This restaurant group is looking for a Head of Delivery to take ownership of the delivery function across the business. The role is focused on driving sales growth, improving operational performance, and making sure the delivery experience matches the standards of the restaurants themselves. Working closely with senior leadership, this person will lead the strategy across third-party platforms, site operations, and commercial performance.
The Role:
- Develop and lead the delivery strategy across the group, with a focus on sales growth, profitability, and operational consistency
- Manage key relationships with delivery partners including Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just
