Job Description
To lead and manage the Department of Education by delivering high-quality teaching, ensuring academic excellence, overseeing curriculum development, and providing strategic direction in line with HELP University's goals and values. The HOD will foster a supportive learning environment, drive academic innovation, and maintain strong alignment with industry and regulatory standards.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- General: To lead department meetings, compile reports for the Dean or relevant committees, and ensure the department is informed of important outcomes while taking any required follow-up actions.
- Academic Leadership & Teaching: Ensure relevant academic support for an effective learning experience for students. Ensure the internal quality and performance standards of lecturers are consistently met.
