Prospero Teaching is working with a well‑established secondary school in Southampton who are seeking an experienced and inspirational Head of Design & Technology / Creative Subjects to join their leadership team from September 2026.
This is a key leadership role within the secondary phase, offering the opportunity to take strategic ownership of the Creative curriculum, with oversight of Design Technology, Food Technology, Art, Drama, and Music. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping curriculum direction, driving high standards of teaching and learning, and ensuring strong progression for students across Key Stages
The Role:
Lead and manage the Creative curriculum across the secondary phase
Hold specific subject leadership responsibility in Design Technology or Food Technology
