Job Description
The Head of Digital Channels will craft the long-term and short-term strategies as well as oversee the development, maintenance and enhancements of the App to provide our customers a world‑class, seamless experience through our platform digitally. This role is crucial to ensure the growth and innovation of the App to remain not only competitive but fully functional with minimal complaints, securing a high NPS for the Bank.
Qualifications
- University degree
- At least 5 years of experience in Digital Product Management
- At least 5 years of experience in leading a team of product managers
- Financial services industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding/experience in digital banking & digital channels
