Overview of the role:
The Head of Digitization will be the key person responsible to drive the AFSRL digital transformation agenda, focusing in preparing for Auto Finance digitalization implementation.
The job holder will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative digital solutions, streamlining operations, enhancing customer experience and ensuring successful adoption of digital technologies. The Head of Digitization will analyze as is and to be customer processes with a modern business process management approach and implement IT solutions such as dealer front end, contract management and delinquencies management/risk management. Furthermore, BI and enhanced reporting functionalities will be built in alongside each business process. Customer engagement will be analyzed and modern AI technology will be implemented at highest standards to meet customer and Al Futtaim Finance needs.
