The Role
We are seeking a Head of Electronics to lead our Electronic design and Development group within the drawing office, reporting to the Engineering Director.
This is a key position within the organisation; therefore attention to detail and a highly proactive approach are critical in this role. In addition, the successful candidate will provide motivational day to day leadership, promote collaboration with other groups and define resource/project allocation within this team.
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day management of the electronics group, including recruitment, objective setting, performance reviews and the future development of the group.
- Managing proactive research and development of new electronics technology, for the benefit of the car and wider organisation, such that we remain at the cutting edge in this area.
