Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day‑to‑day running of all grades using excellent education experience, knowledge, pedagogic and interpersonal skills to manage staff for excellent student outcomes.
- Ensure the health and safety of children and staff during all activities.
- Develop a team culture that affirms and improves team effectiveness.
- Provide a high standard developmentally based educational program to meet the needs of children.
- Be accountable for effective teaching and learning across the section, identifying professional development and support as required for individuals and teams.
- Provide a stimulating learning experience across the section.
- Continually improve the quality of service and operating systems of the relevant sections.
